Liveaquaria Return Policy?
At LiveAquaria, the return policy is as follows:

For aquatic life, due to the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life, returns are not accepted. Please make selections carefully. If a loss occurs within the guarantee timeframe of the purchase, a claim can be submitted via the Aquatic Life Guarantee Claim Form. Once the details in the claim form are reviewed, a store credit will be issued for the loss. Store credit expires one year after the date of issue. Acclimation procedures must be followed for all new arrivals in order to be covered under the 7-Day “Arrive Alive, Stay Alive ® ” and 30-Day Guarantees.

For aquarium supplies, if not 100% satisfied with the purchase, it can be returned within 30 days for store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Return of electrical equipment for exchange or store credit is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging to receive full store credit. Products that have been opened, used, or lightly used, will incur a 15% processing fee. Upon receipt of the returned product, store credit will be applied, minus the processing fee. Store credit expires one year after the date of issue.
